A look inside
From page two, before any numbers, the part I want every woman to hear first:
“This is not your fault. This is biology. The carbs that worked at 35 are not working the same way at 55. And it can change.”
Why does it matter?
Timing and movement change how carbs land. In a 2016 trial of 41 adults with type 2 diabetes, a 10-minute walk after each meal lowered after-meal blood sugar by about 12% compared with one 30-minute walk at a time of their choosing, and by about 22% after the evening meal. The report shows you how to build that walk into your day.
Who is it for?
Women in midlife who suspect insulin resistance or feel stuck even though they eat well. If you've cleaned up your plate and your energy and the scale still haven't moved, this report shows the portion, pairing and timing pieces most women miss.
