What’s inside the guide?

Your Morning Reset Ritual by Kim Fisher, a one-page chart of move, nourish and reset
  • Move, 2 minutes: light stretching and gentle movement to wake your body with intention
  • Nourish, 1 minute: a glass of water, a cup of tea or a mindful moment to care for yourself
  • Reset, 2 minutes: breathe, ground and set your intention for the day ahead
  • The mantra to read before anything else: “I am allowed to begin again gently. Not because I failed, yet because I am still becoming.”
  • One printable page to keep by your bed or on the fridge

A look inside

The line at the bottom of the page, the one I want you to remember on the mornings that feel heavy:

“This is your daily reset. Not a to-do list. Not a punishment. A practice.”
From Your Morning Reset Ritual

Why does it matter?

Small daily practices count. In a 2023 Stanford study, people who spent five minutes a day on slow, structured breathing for one month felt better and calmer, and the pattern built around a long exhale helped mood most. That study tested breathing alone, not this ritual. It's the reason two of your five minutes go to the breath.

Who is it for?

Women who want a calmer start to the day and have five minutes, not fifty. No equipment and no plan to follow, only a glass of water, a little floor space and the willingness to begin before you reach for your phone.

From Kim Fisher, strength trainer since 1982 and bestselling author of Morning Mantras That Will Change Your Life.

“I started making time for five minutes of movement in the morning and getting protein at breakfast. Those two simple habits have been such a helpful way to begin my day.”

Who is the Morning Reset Ritual for?

Any woman who wants her morning to start with care instead of her phone. It takes five minutes and needs nothing more than a glass of water and a little floor space.

What if I only have two minutes?

Begin with the mantra and a few slow breaths. The ritual is a practice, not a to-do list, so any part of it counts. The full five minutes will be there tomorrow.
