Results · The Ageless Reset

Measured. Not promised.

Every woman in The Ageless Reset is scanned when she begins and again at month twelve. Body fat, lean muscle, bone... the numbers a scale can’t see. Here’s what six weeks, then a full year of support, looks like in a real woman’s body, shared with her permission.

Cohort 1 · Michelle, 60

Twenty pounds of fat. Ten months. Zero years of lifting before she began.

Lifting now
  1. January 9 · The baseline

Michelle hiked once a week because she thought she was supposed to. She had never picked up a weight. She’s also my little sister, which means I’ve had a front-row seat to everything that came next.

  2. Month six · The halfway scan

In her first three months she lost a little muscle, the way most of us do in a real fat-loss phase. In the next three, that loss slowed by half. Her body learned to hold on to the very thing that keeps her strong. That’s protein, consistency and resistance training doing exactly what the science says they do.

  3. October 18 · Her tenth month

Twenty pounds of fat released. Body fat down nearly nine points. Lifting three times a week, and her morning protein is now simply who she is.

“I started at 60, having never lifted a weight in my life. Today I’m 20 pounds of fat lighter, stronger than I’ve ever been, and lifting weights three times a week. The biggest change isn’t what I’ve lost. It’s what I’ve gained: strength, energy, confidence, and a healthier way of living that has changed my entire family.”

What happens after week six

Six weeks to begin. A full year to become.

You know the smart ring that ends up in a drawer, the treadmill that turns into a place to hang clothes, the app that goes quiet by month two. Motivation fades on a schedule. Support has to outlast it.

So after the six-week intensive, no one is left on her own. Every couple of months, when a routine starts to go stale, you come back in. We reassess, I teach you new exercises, and we raise the bar so you keep progressing. Hands-on when you’re local, through videos and coaching calls when you’re not.

Reassessed
Every couple of months, so your plan grows as you do.
New exercises
Taught in person, so progress never stalls on the same routine.
Pop-up sessions
Small groups where every cohort trains side by side.
Calls & videos
For the weeks you’re traveling or training at home.

What we measure, and why

The scale can’t tell fat from muscle. A scan can.

After 50, a woman can lose muscle and fat at the same time and watch the scale celebrate. Muscle is the tissue that carries your metabolism, steadies your blood sugar and protects your bones, so we track it on purpose.

DEXA
At the start and at month twelve. Body fat, lean mass and bone, the same kind of scan used in research.
InBody
Check-ins through the year, so we see the trend between the big scans and adjust early.
Tape & labs
Your waist, and the numbers your doctor tracks, because health shows up in more places than a mirror.

Try this weekMeasure your waist at your navel once a week, same morning, same tape. If your waist is shrinking while your weight holds steady, you’re likely building muscle while you release fat. That’s a win the scale will never show you.

In their words

Held for a year, in their own words.

Michelle and Heather of Cohort 1, with me at their six-month scans.

“Ageless Reset has been a powerful and grounding experience for me. It helped me reconnect with my strength, clarify my health priorities, and build habits that feel both sustainable and energizing. What makes Kim’s work so special is the combination of deep knowledge, genuine care, and the creation of a community where real change feels possible. I’m stronger, more consistent, and far more confident in the path I’m on than I was when I started. And that feels like an extraordinary gift at this stage of life.”

Erica Casper · Ageless Reset, Cohort 1

Cohort 1 · Heather

Heather’s first six months included plenty of travel and a very full life. Her six-month scan showed she had added a little muscle anyway. She didn’t go backward. She stayed the course... and that’s the whole point of a full year of support.

“I feel so much stronger physically. My energy levels are up, and I feel really confident in the food choices I’m making to help me reach my goals. All of this expertise is imparted by Kim Fisher, and she is a game changer… I can’t wait to see what comes next over the course of the next year with her support.”

Cohort 2 · Six weeks in

Cohort 2 began in September. Their six-week intensive is behind them and their year of support has begun, with pop-up sessions where Cohort 1 trains right beside them. Their twelve-month scans come next fall, and we’ll share them here, with their permission.

Private clients · Kind notes

Years, not weeks. In their own words.

Long before The Ageless Reset, I was training private clients in their homes. Some have been with me for well over a decade, and I now train their husbands and their children too. These are notes they wrote along the way.

Nearly thirty years

She’s 84. She’s trained with me for almost thirty years.

This year she moved into her retirement community. The first thing we did together was tour her new gym, pick out her machines, and do a few exercises so the space would feel like hers. Then we finished the way we always finish… with a shoulder massage.

She calls it the carrot. I call it thirty years of knowing exactly what she needs. Real transformation was never about six weeks of intensity. It’s about who’s still standing next to you thirty years later.

“I hired her on the spot and have trained with her three to four days a week ever since. Kim has a delightful personality and, in my opinion, she might be the best there is in the business. My doctors tell [me] I’m healthier than many of their patients in their forties; I give all the credits to Ms. Kim because I’ve surpassed forty by several decades.”

Suzanne, 80+Training at home with Kim for 18 years, alongside her husband. Written in her eighth year. What keeps her going, she tells me, is that I show up every time.

“When I started working out with Kim I was no stranger to working out, I was inconsistent and lacking a real results oriented program… After just two weeks of working out with Kim I could see my body starting to firm up… That was over 5 years ago and I still meet with her weekly!”

Private clientNow in her twelfth year with Kim. Written in her fifth.

“I have been training with Kim Fisher for the last 10 years. Kim’s coaching and motivation has changed my life immensely. I just turned 56 and I feel as good as I ever have! Kim is very dedicated to her business and takes her clients success very personally… if I ever moved, I would [train virtually]! She’s worth it!”

Private client of 10+ years56 when she wrote this.

“Wasn’t sure about a virtual program. I live in Tucson and travel quite a lot. But 2 months in with Kim has completely changed my life! And I’m hooked. She’s gets it! This time, this age. I’m 60 and I’ve been active active all my life. But I have never had more fun, looked forward to working out more, or been happier with how I feel.”

Virtual client, 60Tucson, Arizona.

“After just one talk with Kim, she was able to pinpoint some specific exercises that I needed to do… If you are considering it, go for it. Invest in your health! It’s one of the best decisions I have made in years.”

PatriciaPrivate client.

“Kim Fisher is simply a winner. On a professional level, no one is more knowledgeable and experienced in the area of fitness and overall happiness and wellness. Kim gets it… On a personal level she is kind, a great listener… and extremely motivated to provide you with the results you deserve.”
