The Diet Mindset Is the Problem

Most women over 50 are still operating from a diet mindset that was handed to them in their 20s. Low calorie. Low fat. Cardio to burn it off. That approach worked when your hormones were doing the heavy lifting.

But now? Your estrogen has shifted. Your cortisol is more reactive. Your insulin sensitivity has changed. And the old rules don't just stop working... they actively work against you.

You don't need to eat less. You need to eat with intention. Protein first. Whole foods. Meals that fuel your metabolism instead of fighting it.
