What Happened After Week Six: A Year Inside the First Ageless Reset

Quick Answer

Most transformation programs peak at the finish line and fade within months, because the support ends exactly when the habits are still shallow. The behavior-maintenance research is clear that new habits consolidate over months, not weeks, and that ongoing social support is one of the strongest predictors of lasting change. So when I built The Ageless Reset, I refused to build another peak. The first cohort's results didn't fade after the six-week intensive... they deepened at month four and kept surprising us at month eight, because nobody graduated into nothing.

This is for everyone who has finished a program, watched the results slip away by winter, and concluded the problem was them. It wasn't.

Ten months ago, a small group of women said yes

Last fall, the first cohort of The Ageless Reset began. Six weeks of intensive work on strength, nutrition, and the quiet mindset shifts underneath both... and then the part nobody expected to matter most: a full year of coaching and community after.

I've spent 43 years watching six-week transformations, and I'll tell you the honest pattern I've seen over and over. Week six is a peak. Photos are taken. Everyone celebrates. And without structure after it, the slide begins by week ten... not because anyone is weak, yet because the support ended at the exact moment the roots were still shallow.

This time, we stayed. Here's what a year of being held actually looks like.

What the women say

Erica, age 54, ten months in:

"Ageless Reset has been a powerful and grounding experience for me. It helped me reconnect with my strength, clarify my health priorities, and build habits that feel both sustainable and energizing. I'm stronger, more consistent, and far more confident in the path I'm on than I was when I started. And that feels like an extraordinary gift at this stage of life."

Michelle, age 60:

"My biggest takeaway has been the incredible knowledge I've gained about nutrition and the importance of protein. Most of all, I'm proud of how I've set clear non-negotiables and stayed consistent with them. That commitment has made all the difference. I lost 20 pounds in the first 10 weeks."

Notice the language. Sustainable. Consistent. Non-negotiables. Not one word about willpower, and every word about structure.

Why the year works: the science of not graduating into nothing

One. Habits consolidate over months. Research on habit formation shows new behaviors take about two months on average to become automatic, and complex ones take longer. A six-week program ends before the biology of habit is finished. The year holds you through the whole consolidation, including the unglamorous middle... the holidays, the February slump, the travel weeks.

Two. Ongoing support predicts maintenance. The behavior-maintenance research consistently finds that accountability and community are among the strongest predictors of whether change lasts. Monthly coaching calls and a standing community mean there is always a next touchpoint, always someone expecting you.

Three. Identity needs time to catch up to behavior. The deepest change isn't the workout or the plate. It's the moment a woman stops saying "I'm trying to get healthy" and starts saying "this is who I am." Based on everything I've watched in 43 years, that shift almost never happens by week six. It happens somewhere around month four, quietly, and it's the thing that makes everything else permanent.

Three takeaways

I am not looking for another peak. I am building a life that holds. I give my becoming the time it deserves.
